Hyde Development and Mortenson are planning to bring 2.2 million square feet of industrial space to an undeveloped site near Denver International Airport and the Gaylord Rockies Resort, the companies announced Tuesday.
The project, dubbed HighPoint Logistics Park, will sit on a 125-acre site along E-470 and 64th Avenue in Aurora. The team of developers recently acquired the land from Westside Investment Partners in a sale arranged by CBRE. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jessica Ostermick represented the seller, while Todd Witty and Daniel Close, also of CBRE, represented Hyde and Mortenson.
